Can see junk mail folder on outlook app

By default, the Junk Email folder is not visible in the Outlook app on mobile devices. However, you can configure Outlook to show the Junk Email folder on your mobile device. Here's how:

For Outlook App on iOS:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Mail" settings.
  4. Tap on "Junk Email" and toggle the switch next to "Show Junk Email folder" to the "On" position.
  5. Tap "Save" to save the changes.

For Outlook App on Android:

  1. Open the Outlook app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on the "Menu" icon (represented by three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
  3. Tap on "Settings" from the menu.
