Can you mail just enclosed with scrap paper & stamps

I think there may be a bit of confusion here!

Unfortunately, it's not possible to mail just a piece of scrap paper with a stamp and expect it to be delivered to a specific address. Here's why:

  1. Address: The scrap paper doesn't have a valid address, which is required for mail delivery. The postal service needs a specific address to deliver the mail to the correct location.
  2. Content: The scrap paper is likely to be empty or contain no meaningful information, which makes it difficult for the recipient to understand what the mail is about or what it contains.
  3. Stamp: While a stamp is required to send mail, it's not enough on its own. The stamp needs to be attached to a valid piece of mail that contains a valid address and some content.

If you want to send a piece of mail, you'll need to create a valid envelope with a valid address, attach a stamp, and include some content (like a letter, card, or package) that the recipient can understand and respond to.

If you're looking for a creative way to reuse scrap paper, you could consider using it for crafts, drawing, or writing a letter or card to someone. Just make sure to add a valid address and a stamp to make it deliverable!
