Can you mail stuff cross server on retail wow

In World of Warcraft's retail version, you can mail items between characters on the same server, but there are some limitations and restrictions.

Here are the general rules:

  1. Same server only: You can only mail items to characters on the same server as the one you're playing on.
  2. No cross-realm mailing: Unfortunately, you cannot mail items to characters on a different server, even if they're in the same region or connected to your server through the Cross-Realm feature.
  3. No mailing to characters in different factions: You cannot mail items to characters in a different faction, even if they're on the same server.
  4. Some items cannot be mailed: Certain items, such as pets, mounts, and some rare or unique items, cannot be mailed at all.
  5. Mailbox size limits: Each character has a limited amount of mailbox space, which can be increased by purchasing additional mailbox slots from the Auction House or through certain items.

To mail items, follow these steps:

  1. Open your character's mailbox by clicking on the mailbox icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Select the item you want to mail and click the "Mail" button.
  3. Enter the recipient's name and select the server from the dropdown menu (if you're on a server with multiple realms).
  4. Set the mail subject and any additional notes you'd like to include.
  5. Click "Send" to send the mail.

Remember to always be cautious when mailing items, as there's a risk of them being lost or stolen in transit.
