In World of Warcraft, the "Mail" system was a way for players to send in-game items, gold, and messages to each other. Unfortunately, Blizzard Entertainment, the game's developer, has since deprecated the Mail system and replaced it with other features.
As of the Shadowlands expansion (released in 2020), the Mail system is no longer available in the game. Any mail sent before that time is likely still stored in the game's database, but it's not possible to access or recall it.
