• Work in a fast-paced environment, often in inclement weather conditions
• Lift and carry heavy mailbags and parcels, and may be required to climb stairs or navigate uneven terrain
• Use a two-way radio to communicate with dispatch and other mail carriers
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry heavy mailbags and parcels (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often in inclement weather conditions
• Ability to climb stairs or navigate uneven terrain
• Ability to use a two-way radio and handheld scanner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
• Valid driver's license (may be required for some routes)
