Cancel redelivery royal mail
To cancel a redelivery with Royal Mail, you can follow these steps:
Online
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and sign in to your account.
- Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number.
- Click on the "Delivery options" tab.
- Select "Cancel delivery" and follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Phone
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Tell the representative that you want to cancel a redelivery and provide your tracking number.

- Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail delivery office.
