Cancel redirection royal mail
To cancel a redirection with Royal Mail, you can follow these steps:
Online:
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and log in to your account.
- Click on "Redirection" and then "Manage Redirections".
- Select the redirection you want to cancel and click "Cancel Redirection".
- Confirm that you want to cancel the redirection.
By Phone:
- Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
- Tell the advisor that you want to cancel a redirection and provide your redirection reference number.
- They will guide you through the cancellation process.
By Post:
- Write to Royal Mail at the following address: Royal Mail Redirections PO Box 179 Bristol BS99 7NA
- Include your redirection reference number and a clear statement that you want to cancel the redirection.
- Sign the letter and include your name and address.
In Person:
- Visit your local Royal Mail Delivery Office and speak to a member of staff.
- Provide your redirection reference number and let them know that you want to cancel the redirection.
