Cancelling royal mail redirection

To cancel a Royal Mail redirection, you can follow these steps:

Online Cancellation

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com) and log in to your account.
  2. Click on "Redirection" and then "Manage Redirection".
  3. Select the redirection you want to cancel and click "Cancel Redirection".
  4. Confirm that you want to cancel the redirection.

Phone Cancellation

  1. Call Royal Mail's customer service number: 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm).
  2. Tell the customer service representative that you want to cancel your redirection.
