Caraction mail

I think you meant "carbon copy" mail!

Carbon copy (CC) mail was a common practice in the past, especially before the widespread use of email. It involved creating a copy of a letter or document by placing a carbon paper between two sheets of paper. When the top sheet was written on, the carbon paper would transfer the ink to the second sheet, creating a copy.

The term "carbon copy" was often abbreviated as "CC" and was used to indicate that a copy of a letter or document was being sent to someone else, in addition to the original recipient. For example:

"Dear John,

... (original message)

CC: Jane Doe"

This would indicate that a copy of the letter was being sent to Jane Doe, in addition to the original recipient, John.

With the advent of digital communication, the need for carbon copy mail has largely disappeared, and email has become the preferred method for sending copies of documents and messages.
