Catmail university of arizona
A blast from the past!
Catmail was the University of Arizona's email system from 1995 to 2014. It was replaced by the university's current email system, Outlook.
Here's a brief history of Catmail:
- 1995: Catmail was launched as the University of Arizona's first email system, replacing the university's earlier email system, "UANet."
- 2000s: Catmail became a popular platform for students, faculty, and staff to communicate with each other.
- 2014: The university announced that it would be replacing Catmail with Outlook, a more modern and feature-rich email platform.
- 2014: Catmail was officially retired, and users were migrated to Outlook.
Although Catmail is no longer in use, it remains a nostalgic reminder of the early days of email at the University of Arizona.
