Change hotmail signature block
To change your Hotmail signature block, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Hotmail Web Interface
- Log in to your Hotmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the page.
- Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section.
- Click on "Signature" under the "Compose" section.
- Enter your new signature in the text box.
- You can format your signature using the toolbar above the text box.
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
Method 2: Using the Outlook App
- Open the Outlook app on your device.
- Tap on the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Compose" section.
- Tap on "Signature" under the "Compose" section.
- Enter your new signature in the text box.
- You can format your signature using the toolbar above the text box.
- Tap "Save" to save your changes.
Tips:
- You can use plain text, HTML, or a combination of both in your signature.
- You can also add images, links, and other formatting elements to your signature.
- If you're using a Hotmail account that's linked to an Outlook.com account, you can also change your signature through the Outlook.com settings page.
- Keep in mind that some email clients or devices may not display your signature correctly, so it's a good idea to test it before sending emails.
