To change junk mail settings on your iPhone, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Mail app
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Mail" button in the top left corner to go back to the inbox.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap on "Junk Mail".
- Toggle the switch next to "Junk Mail Filtering" to the "On" position.
- You can also adjust the level of junk mail filtering by tapping on "Filtering Level" and selecting from the following options:
- "Low": Only filter out obvious junk mail.
- "Medium": Filter out most junk mail, including some that may be legitimate.
- "High": Filter out most junk mail, including some that may be legitimate, and also filter out some legitimate emails.
- Tap "Done" to save your changes.
Method 2: Using the Settings app
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
- Tap on "Junk Mail".
- Toggle the switch next to "Junk Mail Filtering" to the "On" position.

Additional tips:

- If you're receiving too many false positives (legitimate emails being filtered out as junk), you can try adjusting the filtering level to a higher setting.
