Change mail days to sync iphone
To change the mail days to sync your iPhone, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Settings App
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
- Tap on "Accounts".
- Select the email account you want to change the sync settings for.
- Tap on "Fetch New Data".
- Tap on "Advanced".
- Under "Fetch Schedule", select the frequency you want to sync your email:
- "Every 15 minutes"
- "Hourly"
- "Manually"
- "Push" (this will push new emails to your device as they arrive)
- Tap "Save" to save your changes.
Method 2: Using the Mail App
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the email account you want to change the sync settings for.
- Tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Fetch New Data".
- Tap on "Fetch Schedule".
- Select the frequency you want to sync your email:
- "Every 15 minutes"
- "Hourly"
- "Manually"
- "Push" (this will push new emails to your device as they arrive)
- Tap "Save" to save your changes.
Note: If you're using iCloud, you can also change the sync settings for your email account in the iCloud settings on your iPhone. To do this, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and toggle off "Mail" to stop syncing your email. Then, go back to the Mail app and follow the steps above to change the sync settings.
