Check pop mail web outlook
You want to check your POP mail using Outlook's web interface. Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to Outlook Web
- Go to outlook.com and log in with your Microsoft account credentials.
- If you have multiple accounts, select the account you want to check.
Step 2: Access the Mail Settings
- Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner of the Outlook Web page.
- Select "View all Outlook settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "Accounts" section.
Step 3: Configure POP Settings
- Click on "POP and IMAP" under the "Accounts" section.
- Toggle the switch next to "Enable POP" to the "On" position.
- Enter your POP server settings:
- Server: pop.gmail.com (if you're using Gmail) or your email provider's POP server.
- Port: 995 (or the port specified by your email provider).
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
Step 4: Check Your Mail
- Go back to the Outlook Web inbox.
- You should now see your POP mail in your inbox.
Note: If you're using a different email provider, you may need to enter different POP server settings. Additionally, some email providers may not support POP or may have specific requirements for POP settings.
