The Chicago Tribune's Vacation Mail Hold service!
If you're a subscriber to the Chicago Tribune and going on vacation, you can request a mail hold to ensure that your newspaper delivery is paused while you're away. Here's how to do it:
Online:
- Go to the Chicago Tribune's website (www.chicagotribune.com).
- Click on the "Account" tab at the top of the page.
- Log in to your account using your email address and password.
- Click on "Manage My Subscription" and then "Vacation Hold" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your vacation dates and confirm your request.
Phone:
- Call the Chicago Tribune's customer service number at (800) 445-8751.
- Let them know that you'd like to place a vacation hold on your subscription.
- Provide your name, address, and the dates you'll be away.
- Confirm your request and ask any questions you may have.

- Write a letter to the Chicago Tribune's circulation department at:

- Include your name, address, and the dates you'll be away.
