Cognizant mail outlook sign in

To sign in to your Cognizant email account using Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account".
  3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
  4. Choose "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Your name: Enter your full name as you want it to appear in the "From" field of your emails.
    • Email address: Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com).
    • Account type: Select "POP3" or "IMAP" depending on your preference.
    • Incoming mail server: Enter "mail.cognizant.com" (without quotes).
    • Outgoing mail server: Enter "mail.cognizant.com" (without quotes).
    • User name: Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com).
    • Password: Enter your Cognizant email password.
  6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.

Alternatively, you can also sign in to your Cognizant email account using the Outlook Web App:

  1. Go to the Outlook Web App at outlook.office.com.
  2. Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com) and password.
  3. Click "Sign in" to access your email account.
