Cognizant mail outlook sign in
To sign in to your Cognizant email account using Outlook, follow these steps:
- Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account".
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Choose "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
- Enter the following information:
- Your name: Enter your full name as you want it to appear in the "From" field of your emails.
- Email address: Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com).
- Account type: Select "POP3" or "IMAP" depending on your preference.
- Incoming mail server: Enter "mail.cognizant.com" (without quotes).
- Outgoing mail server: Enter "mail.cognizant.com" (without quotes).
- User name: Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com).
- Password: Enter your Cognizant email password.
- Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.
Alternatively, you can also sign in to your Cognizant email account using the Outlook Web App:
- Go to the Outlook Web App at outlook.office.com.
- Enter your Cognizant email address (e.g. [yourname]@cognizant.com) and password.
- Click "Sign in" to access your email account.
