Method 3: Use the Outlook 2003 built-in backup feature
- Open Outlook 2003 and go to Tools > Options.
- Click on the Other tab.
- Click on the Backup button.
- Choose a location to save the backup file and enter a file name. Click OK.
Note: The built-in backup feature in Outlook 2003 only saves the email data, not the email settings or other data.
