Compose email window
Here is a basic composition of an email window:
Subject Line
- A brief summary of the email's content, usually 5-7 words long
- Can be edited by clicking on the subject line and typing in new text
To
- A list of email addresses of the recipients, separated by commas
- Can be edited by clicking on the "To" field and typing in new email addresses
CC
- A list of email addresses of carbon copy recipients, separated by commas
- Can be edited by clicking on the "CC" field and typing in new email addresses
BCC
- A list of email addresses of blind carbon copy recipients, separated by commas
- Can be edited by clicking on the "BCC" field and typing in new email addresses
Message Body
- A text area where you can type your email message
- Can be formatted using various tools, such as font styles, sizes, and colors
- Can include attachments, such as images, documents, or other files
Attachments
- A list of files attached to the email, with options to add or remove attachments
- Can be edited by clicking on the "Attach file" button and selecting a file from your computer
Send
- A button to send the email to the recipients
- May have options to save a draft, cancel, or send a copy to yourself
Other features
- A "Reply" button to respond to the original email
- A "Reply All" button to respond to all recipients
- A "Forward" button to forward the email to someone else
- A "Delete" button to delete the email
- A "Spam" button to mark the email as spam
- A "Undo" button to undo changes made to the email
