Compose message with gmail
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to compose a message using Gmail:
Step 1: Log in to your Gmail account
Open a web browser and go to www.gmail.com. Enter your email address and password to log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on the Compose button
In the top left corner of the Gmail page, you'll see a button that says "Compose". Click on this button to start composing a new email.
Step 3: Enter the recipient's email address
In the "To" field, enter the email address of the person you want to send the message to. You can also add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.
Step 4: Enter a subject
In the "Subject" field, enter a brief summary of the message you're sending. This will help the recipient know what your email is about.
Step 5: Write your message
In the main body of the email, type your message. You can format your text using various tools such as bold, italic, and underline. You can also add attachments, such as images, documents, or videos, by clicking on the "Attach file" button.
Step 6: Add any additional features
You can add additional features to your email, such as:
- A signature: This is a block of text that is added to the end of your email. You can customize your signature by clicking on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) and then selecting "See all settings".
- Labels: You can label your email with specific keywords or categories to help you organize your inbox.
- Priority: You can set the priority of your email to "High", "Normal", or "Low" to help the recipient know how urgent your message is.
Step 7: Send your email
Once you've finished composing your email, click on the "Send" button to send it to the recipient. You can also schedule your email to be sent at a later time by clicking on the "Schedule send" button.
That's it! Your email is now on its way to the recipient.
