Create gmail group

Here's a step-by-step guide to create a Gmail group:

Method 1: Create a Gmail group using the Gmail web interface

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "General" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create group" button.
  6. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  7. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group in the "Add members" field. You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas.
  8. Click on the "Create" button.

Method 2: Create a Gmail group using the Gmail mobile app

  1. Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap on the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "Groups" section.
  5. Tap on "Create group".
  6. Enter a name for your group in the "Group name" field.
  7. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to add to the group in the "Add members" field. You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas.
  8. Tap on the "Create" button.

How to send an email to a Gmail group

  1. Compose a new email in your Gmail account.
  2. In the "To" field, enter the name of the group you created (e.g. "My Group").
  3. Gmail will automatically suggest the email address of the group.
  4. Enter a subject and message as usual.
  5. Click on the "Send" button to send the email to the group.

Note: When you send an email to a Gmail group, the email will be sent to all members of the group, including the email address you used to create the group.
