Create group in apple mail

To create a group in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Create a group from the Mail app

1. Open the Mail app on your Mac or iOS device.
2. Click on the "Compose" button in the top left corner of the screen.
3. In the "To" field, start typing the names of the people you want to add to the group. As you type, Mail will suggest names from your contacts.
4. Select the names of the people you want to add to the group by clicking on them.
5. Click on the "Create Group" button at the bottom of the screen.
6. Enter a name for the group in the "Group Name" field.
7. Click "Create" to create the group.

Method 2: Create a group from the Contacts app

1. Open the Contacts app on your Mac or iOS device.
2. Click on the "Groups" tab at the top of the screen.
3. Click on the "New Group" button.
4. Enter a name for the group in the "Group Name" field.
5. Add the people you want to add to the group by clicking on the "Add" button and selecting their names from your contacts.
6. Click "Done" to create the group.
7. Go back to the Mail app and create a new message. You can now select the group you just created from the "To" field.

Tips:

• You can add or remove people from a group at any time by editing the group in the Contacts app.
• You can also add a group to your contacts by clicking on the "Add to Contacts" button in the Mail app.
• If you have a large number of contacts, you can use the "Search" field in the Contacts app to quickly find the people you want to add to a group.
