Delete account of gmail
To delete a Gmail account, you'll need to follow these steps:
Note: Before deleting your account, make sure you've taken care of the following:
- Export your data: You can export your emails, contacts, and other data from your Gmail account. Go to the Google Takeout page, select the data you want to export, and follow the instructions.
- Close any connected services: If you've connected your Gmail account to other services like Google Drive, Google Photos, or other apps, you'll need to disconnect them before deleting your account.

Now, to delete your Gmail account:
Method 1: Delete account from Google Account settings
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- Click on the profile picture or icon in the top right corner, then select "My Account."
- Scroll down to the "Account preferences" section and click on "Delete your account or service."
- Enter your password and confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Click on "Delete account" to confirm.
Method 2: Delete account from Gmail settings
- Sign in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, then select "See all settings."
- Scroll down to the "Accounts and Import" tab.
- Click on "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your password and confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Click on "Delete account" to confirm.
What happens after you delete your Gmail account:
- Your Gmail account will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to recover it.

- You'll no longer be able to access any services or apps connected to your Gmail account.
