Delete apple mail storage

To delete Apple Mail storage on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:
On a Mac:
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or press

). - In the Preferences window, click on the "Accounts" tab.
- Select the account you want to delete the storage for.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab.
- Click on the "Remove" button next to "Remove Mailboxes" (or press
Cmd + Shift + Delete
). - Confirm that you want to delete the selected mailbox and its contents.
On an iOS device:
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
- Tap on the account you want to delete the storage for.
- Tap on "Mailbox" (or "Manage Mailbox" on older iOS versions).
- Swipe left on the mailbox you want to delete and tap "Delete" (or "Edit" and then swipe left on the mailbox).
- Confirm that you want to delete the mailbox and its contents.
Additional tips:
- If you want to delete all emails in a specific mailbox, you can select all emails in that mailbox and then delete them.
- If you want to delete all emails in all mailboxes, you can select all emails in the "All Mailboxes" folder and then delete them.
- Keep in mind that deleting emails will permanently remove them from your device and may not be recoverable.
- If you're using iCloud Mail, deleting emails on one device will also delete them on other devices that use the same iCloud account.
