Delete outlook mail

To delete an email in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Delete an email from the Inbox

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to your Inbox.
  2. Select the email you want to delete by clicking on it.
  3. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click on the email and select "Delete" from the context menu.

Method 2: Delete an email from the "Deleted Items" folder

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the "Deleted Items" folder.
  2. Select the email you want to delete by clicking on it.
  3. Press the "Delete" key on your keyboard or right-click on the email and select "Delete" from the context menu.
  4. Click "OK" to confirm that you want to delete the email.

Method 3: Use the "Shift + Delete" shortcut

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the email you want to delete.

Note: When you delete an email in Outlook, it is moved to the "Deleted Items" folder. If you want to permanently delete the email, you can empty the "Deleted Items" folder by right-clicking on it and selecting "Empty Folder".
