Didn't receive census in mail

I'm here to help!

If you didn't receive your census form in the mail, don't worry! There are a few things you can do:

  1. Check your mailbox again: Sometimes, census forms can get lost in the shuffle or stuck in a mailbox. Check your mailbox again to see if it's there.
  2. Look for an email notification: If you've already responded to the census online, you might have received an email notification with a link to access your response. Check your email inbox and spam folder for any messages from the US Census Bureau.
  3. Contact the Census Bureau: You can contact the Census Bureau directly to request a replacement form or to ask about your census response. You can:
    • Call the Census Bureau's customer service number: 1-844-330-2020 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET)
    • Email the Census Bureau: [email protected]
    • Visit the Census Bureau's website: www.2020census.gov and click on "Contact Us"
  4. Respond online: If you're unable to receive a paper form, you can still respond to the census online. Just visit the Census Bureau's website and follow the prompts to complete your response.
  5. Check with your local post office: If you're still having trouble, you can contact your local post office to see if they have any information about your census form.

Remember, it's important to respond to the census as soon as possible to ensure that your community receives the funding and resources it needs.
