Here are the steps to disable email links in Outlook:
Method 1: Disable email links for all accounts
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Options" and then click on "Trust Center".
- Click on "Trust Center Settings" and then click on "Email Security".
- Uncheck the box next to "Enable links to open email addresses".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.

- Open the Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and navigate to the following key:
