In Gmail, a distribution list, also known as a group or a mailing list, is a way to send an email to multiple recipients at once. Here's how to create and manage distribution lists in Gmail:
Creating a Distribution List:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
- In the "To" field, start typing the name of the distribution list you want to create. If the list doesn't exist, Gmail will suggest creating a new one.
- Click on the "Create group" button.
- Enter a name for the distribution list and add the email addresses of the members you want to include.
