Does rogers still mail out phone bills

A blast from the past!

In the past, Rogers Communications, a Canadian telecommunications company, did mail out paper phone bills to their customers. However, with the increasing trend towards digital communication and online billing, Rogers has largely transitioned to electronic billing.

As of 2020, Rogers no longer automatically sends paper bills to most of their customers. Instead, they encourage customers to opt-in to receive paper bills if they prefer a physical copy.

Here's what you can expect:

  1. Electronic billing: Rogers sends electronic bills to customers via email, which can be accessed through their online account or the MyRogers app.
  2. Paper billing: If you prefer a paper bill, you can opt-in to receive one by contacting Rogers customer service. There may be a small fee associated with this service.
  3. Online access: You can always log in to your Rogers account online to view and pay your bill, as well as manage your account settings.

It's worth noting that some customers, such as those with complex billing arrangements or specific requirements, may still receive paper bills. However, for most customers, electronic billing is the default and preferred method.

If you're a Rogers customer and have questions about your billing preferences, I recommend contacting their customer service team directly for more information.
