Duke email account sign in

To sign in to your Duke email account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Duke University email login page: https://email.duke.edu
2. Enter your Duke NetID and password in the required fields.
   • Your Duke NetID is usually in the format of "[email protected]" (e.g., "[email protected]").
   • Your password is the same one you use to log in to other Duke systems.
3. Click the "Sign In" button to access your email account.

If you're having trouble signing in, you can try the following:

• Make sure you're using the correct NetID and password.
• Check that your browser is set to accept cookies and JavaScript.
• Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then try signing in again.
• If you're still having trouble, contact the Duke IT Help Desk for assistance.

Note: If you're a new student or employee, you may need to activate your Duke NetID before you can sign in to your email account. You can do this by following the instructions on the Duke IT website.
