The Duke email portal!

As a Duke University student, faculty, or staff member, you have access to the Duke email portal, which is powered by Office 365. Here's how to access it:

Step 1: Go to the Duke email portal

1. Open a web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari) and navigate to https://outlook.duke.edu.
2. You can also access the portal by clicking on the "Email" link on the Duke University website or through the Microsoft Office 365 app.

Step 2: Log in with your NetID and password

1. Enter your Duke NetID (your username) and password in the login fields.
2. Click the "Sign in" button to access your email account.

Step 3: Explore your email inbox

1. Once logged in, you'll see your email inbox, where you can view, read, and respond to emails.
2. You can also access other features, such as calendar, contacts, and tasks, by clicking on the corresponding tabs.

Tips and tricks:

• You can access your email from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection.
• You can use the Outlook app on your mobile device or computer to access your email on-the-go.
• You can also use the Microsoft Office 365 suite of apps, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
