E mail formate
The standard format for an email is as follows:
Subject Line
- A brief summary of the email's content, usually no more than 50-60 characters.
From
- The sender's email address, usually in the format:
[email protected]
To
- The recipient's email address, usually in the format:
[email protected]
CC (Carbon Copy)
- A list of email addresses that should receive a copy of the email, usually in the format:
[email protected], [email protected]
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
- A list of email addresses that should receive a copy of the email, but their addresses will not be visible to the other recipients, usually in the format:
[email protected], [email protected]
Date
- The date and time the email was sent, usually in the format:
Monday, March 21, 2022 10:30 AM
Body
- The main content of the email, which can include text, images, attachments, and links.
Signature
- A block of text that appears at the end of the email, usually including the sender's name, title, company, and contact information.
