The East Carolina University (ECU) Portal Webmail!

The ECU Portal is a web-based platform that provides students, faculty, and staff with access to various university resources, including email. Here's how to access your ECU Webmail:

Step 1: Log in to the ECU Portal

1. Go to the ECU Portal website at portal.ecu.edu.
2. Enter your PirateID (username) and password.
3. Click the "Log In" button.

Step 2: Access your Webmail

1. Once logged in, click on the "Webmail" tab at the top of the page.
2. You will be redirected to the ECU Webmail login page.
3. Enter your PirateID (username) and password again.
4. Click the "Log In" button to access your email account.

Tips and Tricks:

• Make sure to use your PirateID (username) and password correctly, as they are case-sensitive.
• If you have trouble logging in, try resetting your password or contacting the ECU IT Help Desk.
• You can also access your Webmail by clicking on the "Email" tab in the ECU Portal menu.
• The ECU Webmail system is powered by Microsoft Office 365, so you can use many of the same features and tools as you would with a regular Outlook account.
