Tips and Considerations
- Make sure the email address you're forwarding to is a valid email address.
- If you're forwarding emails from a shared mailbox, you'll need to set up the forwarding rule in the shared mailbox's settings.
- Forwarding emails can affect the delivery status of the original email. If the forwarded email is undeliverable, it may bounce back to the original sender.
- You can also set up email forwarding rules using PowerShell or the Office 365 API.
