The familiar Outlook email popup!

When you receive a new email in Outlook, you may see a popup notification that appears on your screen. This popup is designed to alert you to new emails and help you stay on top of your inbox. Here's what you can do with the popup:

Dismiss the popup:

• Click the "X" button in the top-right corner of the popup to dismiss it and return to your inbox.

View the email:

• Click on the email subject or the "View" button to open the email in a new window.

Mark as read:

• Click the "Mark as read" button to mark the email as read and dismiss the popup.

Mark as unread:

• Click the "Mark as unread" button to mark the email as unread and keep the popup open.

Delete the email:

• Click the "Delete" button to delete the email and dismiss the popup.

Move to folder:

• Click the "Move to" button to move the email to a different folder and dismiss the popup.

Reply or forward:

• Click the "Reply" or "Forward" button to compose a response to the email and dismiss the popup.

Customize the popup:

• You can customize the popup settings in Outlook by going to File > Options > Mail > Notifications. From here, you can choose how you want to be notified of new emails, including the type of notifications you receive and how long they remain on the screen.
