Email preview outlook

The frustration of trying to preview an email in Outlook!

Outlook provides a feature called "Preview Pane" that allows you to preview the content of an email without opening it. Here's how to access it:

For Outlook 2016 and later:

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the Inbox or any other folder containing emails.
  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. In the "Layout" group, click on the "Preview Pane" button.
  4. The Preview Pane will appear on the right side of the Outlook window, showing a summary of the selected email.

For Outlook 2013 and earlier:

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the Inbox or any other folder containing emails.
  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. In the "Layout" group, click on the "Reading Pane" button.
  4. The Reading Pane will appear below the email list, showing a summary of the selected email.

Note that the Preview Pane may not work correctly for all types of emails, such as those with complex formatting or attachments. In such cases, you may need to open the email to view its contents fully.
