Option 1: Reset your password using the EMU Password Reset Tool

1. Go to the EMU Password Reset Tool webpage: https://passwordreset.emich.edu
2. Enter your EMU username (your email address) and click "Next"
3. Follow the prompts to answer your security questions and verify your identity
4. Choose a new password and confirm it
5. Click "Reset Password" to complete the process

Option 2: Contact the EMU IT Help Desk

1. Reach out to the EMU IT Help Desk by phone: (734) 487-2120
2. Explain your situation and provide your EMU username (email address)
3. The IT Help Desk will guide you through the password reset process
