Emich mail server settings
Eastern Michigan University (EMU) uses a Microsoft Exchange-based email system. Here are the typical mail server settings for EMU:
Incoming Mail Server (POP3/IMAP):
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your EMU email address (e.g., [yourname]@emich.edu)
- Password: Your EMU email password
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
- Server: outlook.office365.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS
- Username: Your EMU email address (e.g., [yourname]@emich.edu)

Additional Settings:
- Authentication: Use the same username and password for both incoming and outgoing servers.
