For other email providers:

If you're using a different email provider, such as AOL, Comcast, or Verizon, you can usually find the mail forwarding settings in your account settings or preferences. Look for a section related to forwarding or email forwarding, and follow the instructions to stop forwarding.

For organization-specific mail forwarding:

If you're using a mail forwarding service set up by an organization, such as a company or university, you may need to contact the organization's IT department or help desk to stop the forwarding service. They can assist you with canceling the forwarding and redirecting your email to your primary inbox.
