EV1!

EV1 was a pioneering internet service provider (ISP) that was founded in 1995 and was one of the first ISPs to offer dial-up internet access to the general public. At its peak, EV1 had over 1 million subscribers and was one of the largest ISPs in the United States.

In 2000, EV1 was acquired by Juno Online Services, which later merged with EarthLink in 2001. As a result, EV1's email service, which was known as "EV1 Mail," was discontinued.

However, in 2019, a group of former EV1 employees and enthusiasts launched a new email service called "EV1 Mail" as a tribute to the original service. The new EV1 Mail service is not affiliated with the original EV1 or Juno/EarthLink, but it aims to recreate the nostalgic experience of using EV1's email service.
