In iOS 7, Apple introduced a new way to manage flagged emails, which is different from the way it worked in earlier versions of iOS. Here's a brief comparison:

iOS 6 and earlier:

• When you flagged an email, it would move to a separate "Flagged" mailbox in your Mail app.
