Forward email from outlook to gmail

There are a few ways to forward an email from Outlook to Gmail. Here are a few methods:

Method 1: Forwarding a single email

  1. Open the email you want to forward in Outlook.
  2. Click on the "Forward" button in the top right corner of the email window.
  3. In the "To" field, enter the Gmail address you want to forward the email to.
  4. Add any additional recipients or CC/BCC fields as needed.
  5. Click "Send" to forward the email.

Method 2: Forwarding multiple emails

  1. Select the emails you want to forward in Outlook by checking the boxes next to them.
  2. Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Forward" from the context menu.
  3. In the "To" field, enter the Gmail address you want to forward the emails to.

Method 3: Setting up a rule to forward emails

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.

  4. Select "Start from a blank rule" and then click "Next".
  5. Choose "forward it to people or distribution list" and click "Next".

Method 4: Using Outlook's built-in forwarding feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.

  3. Select "Forward" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "To" field, enter the Gmail address you want to forward the email to.

Note: If you're using Outlook 2016 or later, you may need to enable the "Forward" button in the "Home" tab by clicking on the "View" menu and selecting "View Settings". Then, click on the "Other Settings" button and check the box next to "Show the Forward button".
