Forward emails outlook 2016

To forward emails in Outlook 2016, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Forward a single email

  1. Open Outlook 2016 and navigate to the Inbox folder.
  2. Select the email you want to forward by clicking on it.
  3. Click on the "Forward" button in the "Home" tab of the ribbon or press the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+R".
  4. In the "Forward" dialog box, enter the email address of the person you want to forward the email to.
