Forward mail in outlook 2010

In Outlook 2010, you can forward an email message by following these steps:

  1. Open the email message you want to forward.
  2. Click on the "Forward" button in the "Home" tab of the ribbon.
  3. In the "Forward" dialog box, enter the email address of the person you want to forward the message to.
  4. You can also add a brief message or comment to the forwarded email by typing it in the "Subject" field.
  5. Click on the "Send" button to forward the email.

Alternatively, you can also forward an email message by right-clicking on the email message and selecting "Forward" from the context menu.

Additionally, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+R" to forward an email message.

It's also worth noting that you can also forward an email message by using the "Forward as Attachment" option, which allows you to forward the email as an attachment, rather than forwarding the email itself. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the email message you want to forward.
  2. Click on the "Forward" button in the "Home" tab of the ribbon.
  3. In the "Forward" dialog box, select the "Forward as Attachment" option.
  4. Enter the email address of the person you want to forward the message to.
  5. Click on the "Send" button to forward the email as an attachment.
