  2. Fill out the form: Download and complete the Royal Mail Mail Forwarding Form (PDF) or pick one up from your local post office. You can also request a form by calling Royal Mail's customer service number (03457 740 740).
  3. Provide your details: Fill in your current address, your new address, and the dates you want the mail forwarding to start and end. You can also specify which types of mail you want to forward (e.g., letters, parcels, etc.).
  4. Pay the fee: There's a fee for mail forwarding, which is currently £5.50 for up to 12 months of forwarding. You can pay by credit or debit card, or by cheque.
  5. Submit your form: Return the completed form to Royal Mail by post or in person at a post office. Make sure to keep a copy of the form for your records.
  6. Wait for your mail to be forwarded: Royal Mail will forward your mail to your new address for the specified period. You can track your mail online or contact Royal Mail's customer service if you have any issues.
