Forward multiple mails in gmail

To forward multiple emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Forward multiple emails using the "Select all" option

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
  3. Check the boxes next to the emails you want to forward by clicking on the checkboxes in the top left corner of each email.
  4. Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the page to select all emails on the current page.
  5. Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
  7. You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
  8. Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails.

Method 2: Forward multiple emails using the "Bulk actions" feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
  3. Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Forward" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
  6. You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
  7. Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails.

Method 3: Forward multiple emails using the "Forward as attachment" feature

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
  3. Check the boxes next to the emails you want to forward by clicking on the checkboxes in the top left corner of each email.
  4. Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward as attachment" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
  6. You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
  7. Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails as attachments.

Note: When forwarding multiple emails, you can also use the "Forward as attachment" feature to send the emails as attachments instead of forwarding them as individual emails.
