Forward multiple mails in gmail
To forward multiple emails in Gmail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Forward multiple emails using the "Select all" option
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to forward by clicking on the checkboxes in the top left corner of each email.
- Click on the "Select all" checkbox at the top of the page to select all emails on the current page.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
- You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails.
Method 2: Forward multiple emails using the "Bulk actions" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
- Click on the "Bulk actions" dropdown menu at the top of the page.
- Select "Forward" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
- You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails.
Method 3: Forward multiple emails using the "Forward as attachment" feature
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Go to the Inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to forward.
- Check the boxes next to the emails you want to forward by clicking on the checkboxes in the top left corner of each email.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward as attachment" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
- You can also add a subject line and a message if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the emails as attachments.
Note: When forwarding multiple emails, you can also use the "Forward as attachment" feature to send the emails as attachments instead of forwarding them as individual emails.
