Forwarding gmail filtered

You want to forward emails from a Gmail filter to another email address. Here's how:

Step 1: Create a filter in Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. Enter the criteria for the filter, such as a specific sender, subject, or keyword.
  6. Click "Create filter."

Step 2: Forward emails from the filter

  1. In the "Create a new filter" window, click on the "Apply the label" dropdown menu and select "Forward to."
  2. Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to.
  3. You can also choose to "Delete it" or "Mark as read" if you want to apply additional actions to the emails.
  4. Click "Create filter."

Example:

Let's say you want to forward all emails from a specific sender (e.g., [email protected]) to your Outlook account (e.g., [email protected]).

  1. Create a filter with the criteria "From: [email protected]"
  2. In the "Create a new filter" window, select "Forward to" and enter the email address [email protected]
  3. Click "Create filter"

From now on, all emails from [email protected] will be automatically forwarded to [email protected].

Note: Make sure to check the email address you're forwarding to is correct and that the email account can receive emails from Gmail. Also, be aware that forwarding emails may not work if the recipient's email account has strict spam filters or if the email is too large to be forwarded.
