Tips and considerations
- Make sure you have enabled IMAP or POP3 access in your Outlook account settings.
- If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Gmail account, you may need to generate an App Password and use it instead of your regular password.
- Forwarding mail from Outlook to Gmail may not work if your Outlook account is configured to use a different email protocol (e.g., Exchange).
- Be aware that forwarding mail may not preserve the original email headers or formatting.
