Get my free credit report mailed to me
You can request a free credit report from each of the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) once every 12 months from AnnualCreditReport.com. Here's how to get your free credit report mailed to you:
- Go to AnnualCreditReport.com and fill out the request form.
- Choose the credit reporting agency you want to request a report from (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion).
- Enter your personal information, including your name, address, and Social Security number.
- Confirm your identity and answer a few security questions.
- Choose the option to have your report mailed to you instead of receiving it online.
- Fill out the mailing address form and submit your request.
It may take 15 business days to receive your report by mail. You can also request reports from all three agencies at once, but you'll need to fill out a separate request form for each agency.
Here are the mailing addresses for each credit reporting agency:
- Equifax: P.O. Box 105788, Atlanta, GA 30348-5788
- Experian: P.O. Box 2002, Allen, TX 75013-2002
- TransUnion: P.O. Box 1000, Chester, PA 19022-1000
Remember to review your credit report carefully and dispute any errors or inaccuracies you find. You can also request a free credit report from each agency online or by phone, but the online option is usually faster and more convenient.
