Gmail forward multiple emails
To forward multiple emails from Gmail, you can use the "Forward as attachment" feature or the "Forward multiple emails" feature. Here are the steps for both methods:
Method 1: Forward as attachment
- Select the emails you want to forward by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward as attachment".
- Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
- You can add a subject line and a message if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button.
The selected emails will be forwarded as attachments to the recipient.
Method 2: Forward multiple emails
- Select the emails you want to forward by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "More" menu and select "Forward multiple emails".
- Enter the email address you want to forward the emails to in the "To" field.
- You can add a subject line and a message if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button.
The selected emails will be forwarded to the recipient as a single email with all the selected emails included.
Tips:
- You can forward up to 100 emails at a time using the "Forward multiple emails" feature.
- If you want to forward a large number of emails, you can use the "Forward as attachment" feature and attach the emails as a zip file.
- You can also use filters to forward emails automatically. To do this, go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab, click on "Create a new filter", and select the emails you want to forward. Then, click on "Apply the label" and select the label you want to apply to the forwarded emails.
