Gmail incoming mail server setting
Here are the incoming mail server settings for Gmail:
IMAP Settings:
- Server: imap.gmail.com
- Port: 993
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your Gmail address (e.g. [email protected])
- Password: Your Gmail password
POP3 Settings:
- Server: pop.gmail.com
- Port: 995
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username: Your Gmail address (e.g. [email protected])
- Password: Your Gmail password

Make sure to enable IMAP or POP3 access in your Gmail settings. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Select the "Enable IMAP" or "Enable POP" option.
- Click "Save Changes."

If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Gmail account, you may need to generate an App Password to use with your email client. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Google Account.
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click on "App passwords."
- Select "Other (Custom name)" and enter a name for your app password.
- Click "Generate."
- Enter the generated password in your email client.
